So look. I'm dressing up as an elf for this. That must be worth a few quid, and it's for a great cause!

Mental Elf is Bristol Mind's festive fun run event with a difference! I'm taking part of Mental Elf to support Bristol Mind's mission in helping everyone in and around Bristol achieve the best mental health possible.
