Story

Hello, my name is Arthur, I am 10 years old and I am one of Joe Scott Plummer's grandsons. As many of you will know my Grandpa had MND, and I want to raise money for this charity in the hope that it can help find a cure and help those with the horrible disease. I told Grandpa a week before he died that I was going to run 5km 7 days in a row to raise money for MND.. sadly he wasn't able to witness me do my challenge. Now, 18 months later, I am a little older and I am going to run 6km a day over 7 consecutive days, which will be the length of a marathon, to raise as much money as I can. I am going to take on this challenge during half term, and I will start on Saturday 8th June.

In addition to this my parents are both running the Edinburgh Half Marathon this coming weekend, so between us all we will have run 2 marathons in aid of MyName'5Doddie.

I am excited about my challenge and know that Grandpa will be very proud of me.

My page donations will be sent direct to My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.
