Our youngest daughter Lucy was diagnosed with soft tissue Rhabdomyosarcoma in July 2022 at just 11 months old. Nothing can prepare you for how your family life changes from that moment on. Lucy was in and out of hospital for 7 months having multiple rounds of chemotherapy to make her well again. Thankfully she is now in remission, but her cancer journey has not ended, and she'll be receiving some form of treatment for many years to come.

Children with Cancer UK helped us a great deal as a family during a very difficult and emotionally challenging time.
