Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My brother Liam would’ve been 40 this year in November! He died whilst backpacking in 2006. I feel I owe it to him to honour his memory with a challenge and celebrate the 22 years of life he did have because I have only ever wished he had so many more. His friends, my close friends are ready to hit 40, I love and want to celebrate them but I always have the bitter taste of guilt wishing I was celebrating with Liam this year as well!
A challenge set must be achieved so 40 events to honour his 40th from Nov 23- Nov 24
I have a few things lined up .. a 40+ mile hike, a couple of half marathons, 10ks, total warrior and the national three peaks to name but a few. Liam taught me to live life to its fullest, to spend the pennies on experiences & to laugh with a beer always!
Happy for support along the way and if everyone who visits the page could donate the money for a pint for Liam we can raise a toast to the sky on his birthday year ❤️
I have chosen sibling support to raise money and awareness of a fantastic charity aimed at helping young people deal with loss of a sibling through information and support x
