Believe me this is a massive challenge for me at 3 stone (and some) overweight, quite unfit and nearly 50!! However this is nothing compared to the challenges I see people living with cancer face every day. Through my work I meet people who are truly inspiring and strong beyond belief and if I can do anything to help I will...so...

In June 2025, I have challenged myself to take on the Lake District Mighty Hike to help raise money for people living with cancer.

I'd be so grateful if you could help me reach my £250 pledge, which can pay for Macmillan Nurse for one day. I'm aiming big and hope to raise more!! This could provide people living with cancer and their families essential medical, practical and emotional support.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
