In 2020 my dad was diagnosed with incurable prostate cancer. This October we are both taking part in Prostate United. Dad will walk 3 -5km (he has had both knees replaced in the last year) a day and I will run and sometimes walk ( my knee isn't holding up for 30 days straight).
