Story

I'm raising funds for the ‘Space to Grow’ Appeal by taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge!

The ‘Space to Grow Appeal’ is supporting the incredible Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Hull Women and Children’s Hospital. The appeal will create a sensory room, a family ‘Haven’, a siblings play area and a specialist learning facility within the unit.

The Three Peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside are among the best known hills in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and form part of the Pennine range.

The challenge is to hike the full circular route, scaling all 3 peaks in less than 12 hours. The total walking distance is 39.2km (24.5miles).

The trek will take place on Saturday 9th September, beginning in Horton in Ribblesdale.

Any penny donated will be gratefully appreciated by the charity. Please support me and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as I take on this challenge!
