: Keen to continue the good work of The Frank Bruno Foundation, after experiencing the round by round program myself, and now still accesing the foundation for continuing fitness, and helping with my mental health, after turning 50 and experiencing premenopause, I want to inspire others to seek support no matter what stage of life you are at.

Myself and my friend Kelly, will be trekking to the summit. Together we are raising valuable funds for the Foundation, a charity which exists to provide support and encouragement and the motivation to succeed to those struggling with early stage mental ill health. Our programmes offer non-contact boxing and mental health and wellbeing support. Our Team are asking for you to support them in raising money for the Foundation.
