We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We're here for the local community. Today. Now. We're on your doorstep, on the end of the phone, or online. Whether you're stressed, depressed, or in crisis, we will listen, give you support and advice, and fight in your corner.

We're an independent charity. We rely on individual donations and fundraising to support as many people as possible in Coventry and Warwickshire.

I feel that everyone gets affected at one time or another with their mental health. I know I have experienced some struggles & still continue to have moments of anxiety, so please anything that you can give to help me raise some money I would be very grateful.
