In June 2023, I took part in the London to Brighton bike ride and it has given me the bug!

In my training I have managed to shed over a stone and feel so much fitter and healthier mentally as well as physically.

Now is my time to use my passion to help others. 54 miles in June was a great challenge and my next challenge will be my first century!
