On the 24th January 2025 our hearts shattered into millions of tiny pieces and we dont know how to put them back together.

Our beautiful son Tyler Cruz Hammond chose to go to heaven. There were no signs he had been struggling and to say we are shocked is an understatement.

I can't even believe I'm writing this, but I am and I'm trying my best to formulate something decent, but in all honesty I just don't have the words.

Tyler was just 15 years old. We had a whole lifetime planned with our boy. We don't know where to begin with even coming to terms with our loss, we are broken, lost and confused.

Tyler we love you so so much. We miss you every second of every day. Our hearts have a void that will never be filled. A piece of us died and left with you that day. We will never ever forget you and we are so grateful you chose us to be your mum and dad. We carry you in our hearts and memories until we hold you in our arms again in heaven.
