Every 3 minutes, dementia robs someone of their happily ever after. Research is our best hope to change the story for those affected by this devastating disease. I've witnessed firsthand the impact it has had on my family and friends over the years, and the heartbreaking toll it takes on caregivers who step in when a loved one is diagnosed.

On the weekend of May 11th, 2025, I'll be taking part in Tough Mudder challenge alongside my Pinnacle family and friends, as well as members of the Alzheimer’s Hereos, raising money for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
