Story
In the summer of 2021 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Cervical Cancer and put under the wonderful care of the Royal Marsden Hospitals who provided all of my treatment.
Last summer I braved a 15 000 ft skydive and raised more than £7,000 for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity to help fund the building of the revolutionary new Oak Cancer Centre in Sutton, which was officially opened this July and to which I had the honour of being invited to.
This year I am still a patient of The Royal Marsden and I am still scared of heights (!) but I want to raise over £5,000 so The Royal Marsden can continue to provide the best possible treatment and care for the patients.
So I am going to abseil down Portsmouth’s Iconic Spinnaker Tower - one of the most challenging abseils in the UK.
Cancer affects so many of us. It doesn’t discriminate. So please help in raising money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity who save thousands of lives each year and with your help, they will continue to do so….
Thank You
