Story

I’ve decided to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon (for the second - and possibly last!- year running) to support Learn to Love to Read, a fantastic charity dedicated to helping children overcome literacy challenges. I am really passionate about helping children in this way because it feels more important than ever to provide young people with the opportunity to escape into fictional worlds and leave the day-to-day behind! There are all sorts of other scientific reasons too like it enhances healthy brain activity, boosts imagination, attention, memory and self-control…

By donating, you’ll be giving these kids the tools they need to unlock their potential and vastly improve their life opportunities. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a significant difference in a child’s journey to becoming a confident reader. Please join me in making a lasting impact on young lives by supporting my JustGiving page today! Thank you for your generosity and support.
