I'm excited to announce that I'll be running the London Marathon this year to support the Kent Association for the Blind (KAB)! This amazing organization provides crucial services to individuals with visual impairments, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
With just two months until the big day, I've taken on this challenge with determination and a goal to raise £2000 for KAB. I need your help to reach this target!
Your generous donations will directly support KAB's vital programs, including mobility training, emotional support, and assistive technology. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant impact on the lives of those who rely on KAB's services.
By 2050, an estimated 4 million people could be living with sight loss—a statistic we can't ignore. However, there's hope: 50% of this sight loss is entirely preventable. Regular eye exams, including Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scans, are essential for maintaining eye health and detecting potentially sight-threatening conditions early.
Let's come together to make a positive impact for those living with visual impairments now and make sure, to book your sight test today, to look after your eyes for the future. Your support will help ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live life to the fullest, regardless of their visual impairment.
Thank you for your encouragement and generosity. Let's make this marathon journey a success for the Kent Association for the Blind!
