We're riding alongside Krish Guru Murthy who is a patron of the charity, chair of it's board and creator of the Duchenne Dash.

The 3 of us have done hardly any training and are guaranteed to have v sore bottoms within minutes of setting off.

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a devastating muscle-wasting disease. It is the most common and severe form of muscular dystrophy. Diagnosed in childhood, it mainly affects boys.
