Scott Hutchison, singer in the band Frightened Rabbit, died by suicide in May 2018. Since then, his family have been campaigning to improve mental health amongst children and young people in Scotland.

Tiny Changes (SC049112) aims to further that cause by funding projects and events that support affected people and advance research, and also by raising awareness and influencing policy.

Loudspeakers is a podcast all about music, lyrics and mental health. We look at how songwriters and musicians process their mental health issues through their writing. We are raising money for Tiny Changes as a way of helping effect change in the crisis in young people's mental health.

Also, by sharing stories of people who have found ways to help manage their mental health through fulfilling and creative means, we hope we can inspire young people to engage in similar activities.

Whether it is making songs, poetry or journalling, we believe in the positive power that writing and other creative work can have on mental health and we want to get people engaged in it.
