My name is Lottie and I am volunteering for the Rams in Kenya trip 2024. 

Rams in Kenya is an annual trip to the schools in the slums of Nakuru, Kenya, which invites Derby County fans, Derby County Community Trust supporters or simply anyone with an interest to take on the trip of a lifetime and improve life for children in the project’s six partner schools.

Since 2012, over 500 volunteers have taken on the adventure, supporting our partner schools and their pupils to flourish. Facilitated by African Adventures, the trip benefits the Derby County Community Trust and also the impoverished areas around Nakuru, in Kenya.

I’m really excited to get involved in all of the above and more! This trip will be completely out of my comfort zone but I can not wait to get stuck in and make a real difference. 

However, in order to do this, I need to raise the funds to go. I am in the process of organising fundraisers – make sure to keep an eye out!

💫I am also looking for businesses to sponsor me and have their logo on my Rams in Kenya t-shirt that I will wear while in Kenya, from £50 depending on logo size💫

I am also collecting donations to distribute to the children in Nakuru so you can also support the charity by donating children’s clothes, shoes, books, and stationery.  

However big or small your donation it would mean the world to me and the trust.
