On May 4th I will be walking 5K through Plymouth for PoTS UK!

I live with PoTS and ME/CFS. Before that I was a musical theatre performer who struggled to sit still! Coming to terms with my chronic illness has been a tough battle but it hasn't stopped me yet!

This charity does some incredible work to raise awareness for PoTS so we can work towards accessible support for people living with this condition. I'm raising money to help them as they campaign for more awareness, research and better healthcare services.
