I am taking on the Great North Run to raise awareness and funds for Saint Michael's Hospice. Your donation will help Saint Michael's support local families living with terminal illness and bereavement.

St Michaels Hospice holds a very special place in our families hearts as they supported both my mum in 2022 and my sister this year 2023, we can never thank them enough.

The Hospice is a place of serenity and tranquillity set in beautiful surroundings. All of the staff go above and beyond their individual roles with sincere compassion and empathy not just for the patient but for the families too. My sister was an in patient for three months taking her to her end of life journey, she was happy there and felt safe in her surroundings and the care she received, it is a truly special place. Raising this money is my way of saying thank you for everything.
