Story
Mental health is a cause very close to my heart. We all have mental health, just as we have physical health, and we often take it for granted until we realise something is wrong and we're not feeling ok. I've had my own ups and downs, as have people I love and care about, and the amazing people I've been privileged to work with.
I want to do something to raise awareness about mental health and to promote information about what can help us be mentally well, wherever we come from and whatever our life experiences. So on 17th May, I'm taking a terrifying and exciting step out of a plane at 10,000 feet to raise money to help fund a range of programmes which could support and improve the mental health of individuals and communities.
Whatever you are able to donate can make a difference. I am incredibly grateful for any support you can offer as I do this Sky Dive for the Mental Health Foundation, who do so much to promote good mental health. Thank you!
The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health.
With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
