Lookers Charity Cycle Ride 2023 - Eastbourne To Edinburgh

From the 1st to the 8th of September, 40 of our fantastic Lookers colleagues will take on a 935km cycle ride from Eastbourne to Edinburgh in support of Action for Children.

Over four legs, our four teams will be visiting as many dealerships as possible along the route with an aim to raise £100,000 for Action for Children.

In addition, our Technology & Change Team are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on 7th September as their way of raising money for this event.

Why Action for Children?

In 2022/2023 Action for Children supported 765,905 children and their families across 426 services in the UK. With the support and dedication of the Lookers family, they want to provide more children with safe and happy childhoods and the foundations they need to thrive.

From short breaks for children with disabilities, loving homes for children in care, and mental health and family services, Action for Children work in local communities to provide practical and emotional care.

The difference your donation could make:

· £50 could provide an emergency food package for a family in crisis.

· £30 could provide an hour of one-to-one counselling for a child or young person.

· £10 could provide lunch for a child for a week.
