As part of Filtermist's ongoing efforts to combat this figure, nine intrepid employees (team 'Longmynd Legs Miserables') are undertaking The Longmynd Hike - a 50-mile trek across the Longmynd hills in Shropshire starting at 1.00pm on 5th October.
