We are trying to raise £5,000 to buy Lola her first manual wheelchair!

Unfortunately, the NHS won't fund another chair for Lola, as we have used up our personal wheelchair budget on her specialist buggy. But Lola is ready for more! In September, Lola will be starting school full time, and she is ready to be more independent and have more freedom.

This wheelchair will not only help massively with transfers around the house and for short journeys (essential now that Lola is getting bigger and heavier and we have a new baby!), but will also be vital for developing Lola's independence and freedom. We were blown away in the trials when she showed signs of being able to self propel and are now desperate to give her the chance to develop these skills which will be life changing.

Having tried 5 different chairs, we have found the perfect one, which costs £4,970 (unbelievably, this happened to be the cheapest chair we tried!), so we are grateful for anything you can give to help Lola with this next big step!
