Lola's fundraiser for Refuge

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 · Start fundraising for this event
I’m running the London Marathon 2025 in memory of my Auntie Rosa, who was tragically murdered at just 24 years old.
Rosa was a kind and gentle soul with a heart full of love. She brought joy to everyone who knew her and always put others before herself. She was also a keen runner and a proud member of Stopsley Striders, the same running club I am now part of. In 1985, Rosa ran the London Marathon, completing the course in an incredible time of 03:58:59.
I’m raising money for Refuge, a charity that supports survivors of domestic abuse and works tirelessly to create a world where no one has to live in fear. Your donations will go directly to helping women and children find safety, rebuild their lives, and access vital support services.
Every step I take in this marathon is in Rosa’s honour and for the countless others who have experienced the devastating impact of domestic abuse.
Please consider donating and sharing this page. Your support means the world. ❤️
