On the 8th June, I'll be joining SG/KH colleagues in taking on the South Downs Challenge. This incredible coastal trek starts just outside Brighton and takes on 42km/26.1m of testing before finishing at Beachy Head.

My challenge will start from the small village of Falmer and from there the route follows the South Downs way by heading east towards the tough climb up on to the top of Firle Beacon. From this vantage point I will experience fantastic views of the surrounding area before descending down to the village of Alfrinston. From there I will follow the Cuckmere river to the sea before my final section takes me along the cliff tops of the Severn Sisters to the finish.
