Later this year myself and this wonderful group of people will be taking on Race the Sun Jurassic Coast Off-Road for Action Medical Research. It's a childrens charity who help fund research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.

We will embark on a 21 mile bike ride through Dorset, followed by a 10 mile hike and finished off with a 2 mile Sea Kayak in Swanage Bay.

We will post updates and we will be on the scrounge for sponsorship as we progress with our training and get nearer to the event itself which is 14th June 2025.

Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research. For 65 years we’ve helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people. Our research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths.
