On Friday 6th September, along with some of my brave colleagues and pals from Beaverbrooks, I will be abseiling the 19-stories of the Hyatt Regency in Manchester, dressed as a superhero, to fundraise for Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.

Far from being an adrenaline junkie, the idea of this challenge sends me literally weak at the knees 🫢... but it's all for a very worthy cause.

I've supported RMCH for a long time and am forever inspired by the important work they do in providing phenomenal treatment, championing ground-breaking research and delivering brilliant care.
