This October half term, I am going to swim the equivalent distance of the English Channel to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

In August 2023, I lost my grandmother to cancer after she had bravely battled it for over 8 years so this swim is dedicated to and in memory of her.

The English Channel is the equivalent of 1,352 lengths of a 25m pool and I hope to swim it in 6 days. It would mean the world to me if you could support and sponsor me, and help reach my target of £600. Any donations will be hugely appreciated.

The money I raise will go towards providing support and services to cancer patients who, like my grandmother, have had to face this battle with cancer.
