After many years of jogging for my own headspace, I have decided to give myself the real challenge of a marathon. With the help of the great people at the NFDC I have been offered a place at London 2024, running for a super charity, The Snowdon Trust; thank you NFDC.

The Snowdon Trust supports and funds disabled students in their journey through university and into the workplace; helping them to fulfil their potential. How great is that!

Having packed my son off to university this September, more than ever I understand the need for all young people to be supported.
