Laura and I are taking on a challenge and a half in February 2025. We are treking and kayaking in Costa Rica from coast to coast and raising money for Crohns and Colitis UK which if you read on will see is a charity close to my heart

For those of you that know me well will know my brother James and will know what an awesome human being he is.

He's a great husband and dad to my two neices. He's a mountain biking maniac (just check out his Instagram page original cyclist). He also runs his own business and is without doubt one of the funniest humans on the planet.

He carries out all these tasks with no complaints and whilst suffering from ulcerative colitis and has done for the past 10 years. I would also bet that a lot of people that are reading this that do know James had no idea he suffered from this condition.

Ulcerative Colitis is growing exponentially and the more money we can raise for the charity the more research can go into treatments etc so any contributions would be so gratefully received.
