Sometimes all a child wants for Christmas is Hair !

Little Lady Locks is a registered children's charity that provides free hair loss services to children and young adults across the UK. Conditions such as Alopecia and Chemotherapy Treatments can have a devastating impact on a child's mental health and well-being as their identities are taken away from them when their own hair is lost. In almost every case, these children experience bullying and become withdrawn as they 'look different'.

At Little Lady Locks, we offer so much more than just wigs. We have 10 different hair loss systems and accessories to cover all types of hair loss and patches. However, it costs our charity £10,000 to provide custom-made wigs that will help restore their confidence and self-esteem.

Little Lady Locks is a small charity with just 2 staff, 3 Trustees, and our paid Wig Makers. We don't receive government funding or grants, so any additional help and support is crucial. Right now, we haven't approached GPs, Alopecia specialists, or Children's Cancer Wards because we lack the funds and staff to handle a surge in new referrals. We believe every child who needs our free services should have access, which is why obtaining consistent financial support is vital for our charity's growth.
