Event: St Helens Sleep Out, on 26 April 2024
Sleeping outdoors for one night can’t replicate what it’s like to experience homelessness but we hope it will give you an appreciation of the challenges some people face and time to reflect on what it means to sleep rough.

Story

Sleeping on the streets is not a lifestyle choice, but a result of life circumstances and unfortunate decisions. It's a reality that many individuals face every day, struggling to find shelter and basic necessities.

Dan and I have decided to support Hope House, an organisation that provides crucial support and resources to those experiencing homelessness. Their work is incredibly meaningful to us, as we believe that everyone deserves a chance at a better life.

We are participating in the St Helens Sleep Out, an event aimed at raising awareness and funds for this important cause. On April 26, 2024, we will join others in spending a night outside, experiencing just a fraction of what homeless individuals endure on a daily basis.

Our goal is to raise £500 for Hope House (£250 each). With your support, we can provide shelter, food, and essential services to those who are currently without.

We know that everyone is feeling the impact of the cost of living crisis, but we are truly grateful for any contribution you can make towards our fundraising efforts. Together, we can make a difference and bring hope to those who need it most.

Thank you so much, from the both of us xx
