Lisa's fundraiser for St Ann's Hospice

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
I'm running with #TeamStAnn's in the London Marathon 2025!
I have a personal connection with St. Ann’s Hospice after they looked after my Mum in 2023.
On the 27th July my wonderful Mum passed away, her final days were in St. Ann’s Hospice. Their amazing care for my Mum and our entire family was exceptional, which brought our family comfort knowing she was in a place filled with love and happiness. I know that I will never be able to pay back what they did for my Mum, but by running the London marathon for their charity and raising money I know I’m doing everything I can to continue to support them.
Thank you so much for taking the time to ready my story and thank you for your donation. It means so much to me in my Mum’s memory and for this amazing charity.

Here’s more information about their amazing cause that provides incredible care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and supports their families and carers across Greater Manchester.
St Ann's Hospice is a lifeline for many, but with only a third of their funding coming from the NHS, they need to raise £20,000 each day to continue providing their essential services and compassionate care.
Every step I take will help St Ann's provide essential care for patients and their families. Please support me by donating what you can, every single penny counts.
£10.85 could help to continue providing TVs and WiFi for inpatients to enjoy during their stay.
£20.60 could pay for a hand or foot massage with one of their therapists to help a patient or carer relax.
£30.60 could pay for a bereavement session for a loved one with their specialist team.
