Myself and Ebony have taken leave of our senses and have signed up to take part in the Helvellyn Hike on 21st May which is part of the Great North Explore to raise vital funds for the Great North Air Ambulance Service. Hiking boots and blister plasters are at the ready!!

Every penny helps to make a difference - and makes every blister worth it.

We would be very grateful for any sponsorship we receive however small to raise funds for this amazing charity. We never know if we will ever need it so it is important to ensure it keeps running.

It cost's on average £5000 every time it is called out.
