I had a full hip replacement on the 1st March and I am going to take part in the Manchester 10k to show my support for a fantastic little charity that I have the privilege of being a trustee for. Both of my beautiful nan's lived with dementia and I only wish they had had a charity like this supporting them and my family during our journey.

Together Dementia Support help people to live positively with dementia in Manchester and Trafford. Over the course of 2023, they have worked with 999 people living with dementia and their carers, enabling them to live actively, socially and positively, with support for both people living with dementia and their loved ones.
