We all have a story. A story of challenges, of overcoming obstacles, and of perseverance. For some, that story includes a traumatic brain or spinal injury. That's where BASIC (Brain And Spinal Injury Centre) comes in. They provide support, rehabilitation, and hope to those who need it most.

Recently, we had the privilege of visiting BASIC in Salford and witnessing firsthand the incredible work they do. We were inspired by their passion and dedication to helping others.

That's why we've decided to take on the Wilmslow Festive 10k in November 2023 as a personal challenge to raise funds for BASIC. Our goal is to raise as much as we can for this amazing cause.
