Ostomy Canada is gearing up for its 11th Step Up for Ostomy Campaign this year! Come join us on October 5, 2024, in cities, towns, parks, trails, and venues across Canada and show your support for those living with an ostomy, their friends and family. Calgary’s event date is Sept 21

Let’s all Step Up for Ostomy, to raise awareness, eliminate stigma and raise funds to help enhance Ostomy Canada Programs!

The money raised through the Step up for Ostomy fundraiser supports all of Ostomy Canada’s programs including my passions- Youth camp and Ostomy Canada magazine. This is my 18th year supporting Ostomy Canada to bring funds and especially awareness to this cause.

As a teen I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease which resulted in me having to have 19 surgeries to remove diseased bowel and GI tract. I have been living with an ostomy since 1989 (temp) and 1992 (permanent). It is given me my life back, please support this amazing cause.
