A colleague has recently been diagnosed with sarcoma so I’m trying to raise awareness and also some funds. We’re planning to hold a bake sale and a quiz/awareness talk at work. Also- I’m going to run the Two Tunnels 10k in Bath on Sunday 18th August!! It’ll be quite a challenge as I haven’t been a regular runner for a long time but training has started in earnest (photos attached) and hopefully I’ll be ok on the day!
