We're fundraising to send 'Team Leeds' to the Transplant Games, an annual sporting event celebrating transplant patients and the donor families. This year the games will be held in Coventry in 2023!!

Story

I'm fundraising for the Leeds Children's Transplant Team because Emily is competing in the 2023 games. We need to raise money to help support team Leeds in attending this event. Emily will be competing in swimming and tennis and can’t wait to take part. Thank you for reading this and for any support you can give.
