Lincolnshire BOSS Toy Appeal 2024

The caseworkers at Lincolnshire BOSS (Behaviour Outreach Support Service) are hoping to make their Christmas Toy Appeal 2024 even bigger and better than 2023! We were incredibly grateful for the support that we received from local companies, organisations and individuals last year, it made a huge difference to the lives of families in need at the most special time of year.

In 2023 they very successfully supported 50 schools in Lincolnshire from the outstanding generosity of over 1500 donated toys.

Lincolnshire Behaviour Outreach Support Service (BOSS) primarily work with Lincolnshire mainstream schools and academies to support pupils displaying distressed behaviour that is compromising their learning and school attendance, and/or the learning of their peers, and who are at risk of exclusion.

We know many families struggle with the additional financial and emotional pressures of the festive season. What's more, due to the impact of the cost-of-living crisis, this year many families who were already struggling must now make impossible decisions, such as whether to heat their home, purchase food or buy their children a present.

Family Action's Toy Appeal was set up to ensure no child they work with goes without a gift at Christmas, and to help families enjoy this special time of year regardless of the pressures they face day to day.

This year you can help make Christmas magical for thousands of children across the UK by either signing up to donate gifts as a workplace or group, or by fundraising or donating to help Family Action buy gifts and provide families with expert support.
