Story
On the 21st September i'll be taking part with my trusty dog Fin and with a couple of members of my work team in walking the length of a Marathon along Marriots Way for Norfolk and Waveny Mind.
Anyone who knows me knows I love a long walk, but even for me, this will be a challenge. Especially due to my current health condition which has meant I've had to reduce the amount of intense cardio I'm allowed to do.
Any support would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you <3

As an agency we collectively chose Norfolk and Waveney MIND, as our charity to support in 2024.
The latest fundraising effort sees 6 members of the team taking on the 'marathon walk' that is the 26miles along Marriott's Way. Starting in Norwich at 8am and finishing in Aylsham, it is one of the longest off-road routes in the country. This is no easy challenge and we are supporting them all the way.
Previous fundraising efforts:
Congratulations to some of our amazing team who recently took part in the Run Norwich 10k on the 8th September. Louise, Adam, Paula, Alex and Laura took on the challenge for Norfolk & Waveney MIND, with the route passing some of the city's iconic landmarks, including Norwich Castle and The Forum.
Our second major fundraising challenge was when four members of the OneAgency team - Rozi, Rachael, Jo and Dave - on the 9th June, used their pedal power to join 25 other cyclists to cycle 94 miles from Great Yarmouth to Clacton Pier. Crossing three counties and visiting 7 piers along the beautiful Suffolk coastline. This challenge was all theirs and between them raised an incredible £2,369.
Our first challenge to raise vital funds for the good work Mind do was in February. When two members of the OneAgency team - Lou and Liz - took up the charity's challenge to walk 58 miles each over the month of February. They both smashed and exceeded the 58 mile target and walked over 70miles each to raise an incredible £347 between them.
