Hi guys! I'm helping out Toni (Penguin in charge) raise money for Parkinson's UK in honour of her dad ♥️

On Sunday January 28th, a team of humans dressed up as penguins, will be taking part in The Ultra Challenge's Winter Walk (10K). All in aid of Parkinson's UK. In January '23 team captain Antonia was able to raise £1K in the space of 2 weeks as a solo penguin, so she's decided to open it up to a group march!

Parkinson's UK and Sport Parkinson's are proud to be working in partnership to provide access to physical activity and exercise for individuals, groups and communities to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of all people affected by Parkinson's. Over the course of the next 3 years we are aiming to raise £175,000 for the Parkinson's UK Active Community Grants Programme.
