I am running the Great North Run this year to raise money for St Cuthberts Hospice. The hospice is an amazing organisation that provides help and support to people in their greatest time of need.

My family have experienced this first hand through the time that my Aunty Gilly spent there. Gilly was the kindest, warmest and most beautiful sole who always put the needs of others above her own. She will be a huge miss to us all and I know she will be honoured that money can be raised and donated to the hospice to help others in her memory.
