Thank you for your kind donation towards my Simon on the Streets Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge 2024.
Simon on the Streets are an independent charity whose core mission is ‘Providing hope to those without a voice.’ The charity has been supporting those rough sleeping, sofa surfing and at risk of homelessness in Leeds and Bradford for 25 years.
The charities emotional and practical outreach support is not time limited and ensures their work can be tailored to the individual for as long as that person needs, whether this be support around accessing accommodation, linking into primary healthcare for their physical and mental health, or working with addiction services or specialists in trauma informed care.
Simon on the Streets support a range of people with complex needs, from rough sleepers to sofa surfers and those -vulnerably housed.
Thank you for your support towards the charity and my Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge 2024!
