Having experience first hand the amazing work Martin House hospice does to support families, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and palliative care across West, North and East Yorkshire, I have chosen to get my runners back on to complete the London Marathon 2025, not breaking any record but hopefully raising some funds for this great charity.

London marathon 2025 falls on the weekend of Darcey’s 10th anniversary of her passing, so it’s going to be an emotional rollercoaster. Remembering the incredible work the charity do to allow families like ours to enjoy the last, months, weeks, days and seconds with their child without having to think of everything else life brings; this will spur me on even more to complete this incredible event.
