Leventhorpe School is raising money for a cause that is increasingly important in society and especially for young people in 2024.

A fellowship of teachers, led by Mr. White, will walk The Flitch Way, detouring ourselves back to Leventhorpe, a distance totalling just over 21 miles. We will carrying a life size doll - "Mental Health Maurice", to represent mental health struggles, sharing the burden as we go.

Mind is a charity that gives advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
