If l can light a spark in one persons mind or prompt a question of 'l wonder what l could do if l put my mind to it?' I will rest easy. My mental and physical health have always existed in synergy alongside each other and this is only one of many reasons l will be raising money for the REORG charity. They not only help ex-service mean and women with therapy and support. Not only do they also support the families of those men and women. But they also offer a physical outlet for people struggling both physically and mentally.

My whole life running has been my 'go to' if l am sad, stressed, happy, unable to concentrate or anxious. I run, filter and I'm back in the room.

This is going to be the long therapy session of my life and I'm going to need your help, support and energy to get this thing done.
