Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page supporting the MND Association.

As you may not know a very close family friend was diagnosed just before his 40th birthday, sadly at the beginning of August Patrick lost his battle against MND, leaving behind his wife and three children.

So in his honour I’m lacing up my shoes and hitting the road again.

As of yet there is no cure but with your help you can help people living with MND , and fund vital work that will one day find a cure.

All funds raised will be donated to the MND association Cardiff and vale branch
