I've been open and honest regarding with my struggles with mental health and this year I've been more open and talking about it.

I really do struggle with it and decided to give something back by taking on another running challenge but something I've never done, running in the woods.

I am taking part in SECE Mind's Mental Elf run this December to raise money for my local mental health charity, South East and Central Essex Mind.

Times are hard and mental health is more important than ever with more and more people finding themselves in need of support.

I'm joining the fight for mental health with SECE Mind to help raise awareness and funds to keep vital mental health services open in our community. Thank you for your support!
